Gardens of Love

Keep love in your heart. A life without it is like a sunless garden when the flowers are dead.

February,  at least in North Carolina, marks the turning of seasons. The days have grown visibly longer,  green things are beginning to grow, and at home we’re starting our garden seeds,  sprouts, and flowers.

I honor this time by planting my intentions for the year.  The soil within has lain cold and fallow all winter and is beginning to warm and soften from the radiance of the sun.

It is a time of choices.  What do I want to focus on this year?  What do I wish to manifest?  Seeds alone do not incite change,  they merely hold potential.  Your miniscule,  minute by minute,  banal,  often overlooked choices shape you and your circumstance.

Use these seemingly inconsequential choices to nourish your seeds.  Bring them to life through the trifles of daily life.

Plant the broad goal.  Feed it with small deliberate choices.
